Well the map location is the worst ever. If the car is right next to you, it will show a kilometre away. New update, most drivers have all apps, they prefer Uber more, especially in rush hours.

The worst app I have ever seen and I have seen a lot. If there was a negative 6 star I would give that. Driver says trip is cancelled and keeps getting the cancellation ring yet my app show I'm being driven to my destination. It's a corporate ride, do you expect me to pay the driver off the app?

I used the cab two days ago,I accidentally dropped my phone in the cab unknowingly,10 mins down the line ,I called my line,the driver kept disconnecting it, a few minutes later,he switched off the phone.It's the same phone I used to order for the cab,so I had it in the car.I emailed the customer care and they said they are not liable to the loss of of my items and the driver was unreachable.I ask,,what credentials do you ask for when hiring these drivers?
