This was my favorite travel agent. But now, customer service is nonexistent. You can only chat with a bot, and if it cannot answer your question, well, too bad. You'll be waiting in the chat box for nothing until the system kicks you out for no response. So only order things here that you have 100% of certainty. Anything else, ordering through the actual hotel or airline is probably a better route as you will end up dealing with them anyway for issues.

Edit : Talking to Traveloka CS about the refund issue and all they can ask to me is to proof in the app, not from their colleagues email, that the refund period is 4 hours. They should've known that their system change the policy details after the schedule, and, from my perspective, this is just a desperate attempt to blame me and take my money. They just try to cover themselves by saying it's airline policy, where they previously selling the easiness of arranging travel.

Clunky interface and challenging navigation make using WanderEase frustrating. Nonexistent customer support leaves travelers stranded during critical moments. Overall: WanderEase disappoints with its outdated interface, inefficient booking process, and lack of reliable customer service.
