Someone installed a PAKS program in my phone during the setup process through Verizon so I don't believe that my phone is properly set up. They keep getting into my apps and settings without my permission. Is there any way that you could let Verizon and Motorola know and ask them if they could create an update to remove it completely from my phone please? The PAKS notification so is also installed. I've been dealing with this for 5 almost 6 years. Also any associated apps that do not belong.

It doesn't let me open the app every time I try to it just kicks me out then goes to my home page screen but when I press on it again it kicks me out faster and it goes faster every time I try to open it. Either fix the issue or keep the issue going and if y'all are very smart like y'all say you are then FIX IT PLEASE it is very annoying it has all my other apps inable to be open so just fix this so I can delete stuff that I don't need. Have a nice day. Also sorry when it was in all caps bye.

Idk what Google did; this nonsense has been going on since mid-May. To everyone who's been having issues, here's a few things that help: Turn OFF Chat. It sucks, but that's the only way people will get your texts. An issue I've been experiencing is the Google verification stuff will not work on cellular data. I have to either connect to Wi-Fi, or go into the app settings, clear the storage/cache from CS app, & restart the phone, don't re-connect Wi-Fi. 500 letter limit. Hope this helps.
