Slow and difficult to buy tickets, frequent errors and unresponsiveness. Update: banging my head against a wall for the past 30 mins, the ticket buying is just the website inside a bad browser. I ended up just going to a PC and using Firefox, because I've had problems with Chrome before too, and FINALLY was able to get through selecting tickets and paying. It's bad when you can't even buy tickets through the ticket buying app, I've never successfully done so but keep trying for some reason.

This has been another frustrating evening, having spent 45 minutes to open my tickets. The instructions on line are not complete and you end up in a loop going back and forth to various screens and then end up on the one that you started with. Baseball is a big business but this ticketing system is one of the worst that I have ever encountered. If the higher ups read this, PLEASE examine your ticketing system and make it work. The negative feed back is rampant and will probably continue.

I never leave reviews, but the mess that Ballpark has become has forced me to. The last few seasons, this app has been a godsend for season ticket holders. I have no idea what you guys are trying to do, but Ballpark is absolutely terrible so far in 2019. Overly complicated, cluttered, inexplicably got rid of the contacts button, and my seat mates are having a terrible time with transferred tickets showing up in their apps. This needs to be fixed or rolled back to the previous version.
